A habitual smoker in Banteay Meanchey province’s O’Chrou district struck a grocery shop owner in anger on Monday for refusing to sell him cigarettes on credit after repeatedly failing to pay for his purchases in the past.

The owner called the police, who have since sent the bully to the police station for further legal action.
