No escaping the law after drink-drive chaos

A drunk driver collided with a traffic barrier at high speed on Monday in Phnom Penh. While no one was injured, the Lexus suffered serious damage.

Despite his best efforts to make an escape, which included phoning a friend to help him extricate his mangled motor from the barrier, capital cops soon caught up with the inebriate and took him and his car to the police station.
