No iPhone upgrade for woman robbed mid-text

A 26-year-old woman is recovering in hospital after an ill-fated attempt to chase down the men who stole her flashy new iPhone 5.

Police said the woman was riding her moto in the border town of Poipet when she pulled out the smartphone to chat.

Two men snatched it from her hand and sped off, with her in pursuit. As she closed the gap, the men gave her bike a shove, sending her to the pavement. She’s now recovering from her injuries. DEUM AMPIL
