A 27-year-old man was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district on Friday for stealing a motorbike from a commune administration office.

According to police, the victim parked his moto at the office while retrieving documents and forgot to lock it up.

The suspect seized the opportunity, but was soon caught by a security guard who witnessed the crime.

Police have sent the suspect to court.
