No sweet lullaby for capital taxi driver

A Phnom Penh taxi driver should have locked the doors to his cab before nodding off yesterday while parked on Russian Boulevard.

As the cabbie snoozed, a thief opened the passenger door to his car and took two phones and a wallet, but the driver woke up, gave chase and managed to retrieve his valuables.

The suspect, who works in a karaoke bar, and was riding a motorbike with another man, was arrested, but his accomplice escaped.
