Noisy drunk alerts victim to car attack

A drunken 40-year-old, arrested on Tuesday night in Banteay Meanchey’s Poi Pet district, may want to consider an anger management program after wrecking a victim’s car for no apparent reason.

The victim, who parked in his usual spot, heard the suspect hitting the car with a stick.

The owner called his neighbour to help, until police arrived at the scene.

Once taken into custody, the suspect was such a trainwreck he was unable to answer questions until morning.
