A local numbers racket is kaput after what authorities say was “many years” as a going concern.

A raid on the illegal lottery location came on Tuesday on orders handed down from the police chief in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district.

The crackdown resulted in three arrests, while cash and lottery slips were collected as evidence.
