Numbers not always a strength, thieves find

Two-thirds of a phone snatching trio were arrested by police on patrol in Phnom Penh on Tuesday. The group was riding on two motos when they relieved a foreign tourist of his cellular device in a drive-by robbery.

Cops witnessed the incident and gave chase, prompting the pilferers to split up. Figuring two was better than one, the police pursued the doubled-up moto, arresting the pair while their accomplice made off scot-free.
