Old habits die hard in capital on New Years

A bunch of drug-users in the capital were apparently too stoned to care on Saturday night when they were all rounded up by police without protest.

According to local authorities, eight men and two women were arrested in Meanchey district on allegations of drug-dealing in the area, yielding three bags of illicit drugs and other paraphernalia.

Suspects and evidence have all been promptly seen to the police station.
