Old hands, neophytes detained in Kampong Chhnang

If two’s company then five, at least for Kampong Chhnang police on Friday, was a drug-dealing crowd.

Making their rounds in the province’s eponymous district, the boys in blue came upon a group of drug dealers plying their trade.

After confiscating 11 bags of meth, cops realised three of the suspects were fresh out of prison, but two were first-timers.
