Once again, nerves the undoing of crooks

Two men were arrested in Kandal province on Wednesday after they allegedly stole – albeit very briefly – the moto of an 18-year-old student.

As they set off to sell the moto they had stolen earlier that day, who should the pair meet on the road but a police patrol.

Panicked, they sped off, drawing the attention of the very patrol that had so startled them, which in turn ended in their arrest, confession and police detention.
