One alleged thief beats odds, other gets beaten

In the latest episode of vigilante justice chronicled in these pages, Meanchey district residents viciously beat a man who allegedly tried to rob a local home on Sunday evening.

According to police, two men were trying to break into a house when a neighbour spotted them. He shouted for help and a mob quickly materialised.
