One last job proves one too many for moto thief

The law finally caught up with a notorious motorbike thief in Kampong Chhnang on Monday.

According to police, as the moto’s owner crossed the street, the cunning crook jumped aboard. Espying his once-stationary bike on the move, the victim screamed for the cops, who gave chase.

When they hauled the thief in, they discovered a warrant was already out for his arrest. Kampuchea Thmey
