Another man with his eyes glued to his phone rather than his surroundings in Daun Penh district fell victim to phone snatchers on Sunday evening, though this time the snatchers were able to evade justice, or at least one was.

The moto-mounted malfeasants pulled up behind their quarry, grabbed his phone, and then tried to escape, only to be stopped by bystanders.

One managed to escape on foot, the other, however, received an old-fashioned dose of Cambodian mob justice before police arrived.
