Only weeks after about 50 drug dealers and their customers were rounded up by police in front of a Phnom Penh hospital, the fashion for using and dealing narcotics close to medical facilities seems to be spreading.
Yesterday, police arrested two drug users outside the Chey Chomneas hospital in Kandal province’s Takhmao town, confiscating five packs of methamphetamine, two mobile phones and a moto.
The suspects confessed but didn’t give up their supplier, police said.
