Paranoia and weapons take life out of live show

Two victims didn’t have the last laugh after they were severely injured by a machete during a concert on Sunday in Kandal’s Sa’ang district.

The victims were laughing amongst themselves when a man, 18, mistakenly thought they were poking fun at him, police said.

The man grabbed his machete and allegedly chased the victims, slashing their hands, cheeks, legs and backs. Police guarding the concert arrested the man. NOKORWAT
