A group of five youngsters were arrested Friday in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district after being caught smoking drugs at a guesthouse.

The reason they were caught? A protective mother who hadn’t seen her teenager in a few days had filed a complaint with the cops.

Police raided the guesthouse and rounded up the group for questioning to find out if they were also dealers. DEUM AMPIL
