Particularly unwelcome alarm awakens PP man

An alarm of a different sort woke one capital man up early as a pair of juvenile thieves tried to jack his possessions on Monday night.

The two suspects pulled up to their victim’s home on a moto, with one hopping off to raid the place while the other kept watch.

The 16-year-old intruder set off a car alarm as he rummaged for goods, waking the property owner and scaring off his friend.

The would-be getaway driver made a hasty escape, leaving his accomplice behind without transportation to be easily nabbed by police.
