Partygoer finds himself on the chopping block

Partygoer finds himself on the chopping block

A man in Banteay Meanchey’s Malai district was arrested Friday after unleashing a surprise cleaver attack on a partygoer.

Police said the suspect and victim had been drunkenly arguing, but that fellow partygoers had managed to quell the tensions – or so they thought.

In fact, the suspect left and returned with the cleaver hidden in his shirt.

He proceeded to hack the victim on the arm and hand.

The suspect fled, but police caught him the next day.
