Pat on the head earns man bottle to the skull

On Sunday in Poipet, a man came up behind a “friend” and patted him on the head, only to realise the man was a complete stranger. Incensed, the suspect demanded an apology, which the instigator refused.

They then parted ways, until they met again on the patter’s walk home, where the aggrieved party settled things to his satisfaction by smashing a wine bottle over the other man’s head. Police are still on the lookout for him. KAMPUCHEA THMEY]
