Pedestrians pummel poor-planning punks

Two bag-snatchers got far more than they bargained for after successfully grabbing a girl’s bag in Poipet town on Sunday.

Police said the duo had made their move as a girl crossed a city street.

Unfortunately for them, the street was thick with passersby, who quickly encircled them and dished out a heaping helping of mob justice.

Witnesses said it was only the arrival of police that kept the duo from meeting an untimely end at the hands of the crowd.
