Penny ante dealer gets busted for $15 packet

A 23-year-old drug runner in Kampong Cham’s Prey Chhor district faced a judge on Tuesday after being foiled by an undercover agent.

A plain clothes police officer called the seller and exchanged $15 for a small packet of drugs. Based on the deal, officers raided the dealer’s home, finding an additional seven small packages of drugs.

The man was arrested but refused to reveal the name of his supplier. Koh Santepheap
