Persistence pays off for Sihanoukville police

Police tailing two robbery suspects since mid-March finally caught up with them in Sihanoukville last week.

Police said the suspects attacked a Canadian tourist with a stick, then stole the victim’s motorbike, iPad and phone.

The alleged thieves, a construction worker and a motodop, confessed to having a third accomplice, whom the police are searching for now.

The stolen goods have been confiscated.
