Pharmacy counter used as short-term hideout

It seems anyone these days can be found behind the counter at a pharmacy – even a brutal street thug.

After literally stabbing a man in the back at a market in Poipet on Friday, a 29-year-old man fled the scene and found his way to a pharmacy, where he tried to hide.

The pharmacist, however, noticed he had company and called for help. The man was soon arrested and will likely be prescribed a long jail sentence. DEUM AMPIL
