Phnom Penh thief can’t keep head above water

A robber on the run found himself in hot water on Wednesday – well, water anyway. The 30-year-old man ditched his moto in the capital’s Russey Keo district while being pursued by police.

The police confiscated a motorbike, a car, a gun and a homemade rifle that the man said was used for “hunting”. Koh Santepheap
