Phone-abusing driver answers call of justice

An office worker learned the hard way not to use his phone while driving yesterday.

According to police, no sooner had the 31-year-old taken the phone out to answer a call than two unemployed youths snatched it from his hand as he drove down Tuol Kork district’s Kampuchea Krom Street.

The joke was on them though as he not only caught up with them, but managed to detain the both for police.
