A Banteay Meanchey man’s life has been put on hold after he was arrested for allegedly stealing 20 phones in Mongkol Borei district on Monday.

Police said the man broke into a phone shop while the owners were away, pulling the old smash-and-grab before fleeing the scene.

Nearby cops, however, saw the whole thing, chased him down, and sent him to court. Kampuchea Thmey
