Phone thieves caught but device still mobile

A pair of Phnom Penh ladyboys with a penchant for phone snatching got their comeuppance late on Saturday night after choosing the wrong barangs to pilfer from.

After the pair snatched the phone of two Americans riding in a tuk-tuk, their victims kicked up enough of a stink to alert nearby police, who promptly arrested the duo.

Unfortunately, before their arrest, they had successfully passed the purloined handset on to an accomplice, who managed to escape.
