Phone-y customer commits real crime

An alleged thief was arrested on Saturday in Pursat town for pulling a “curious customer” routine at a phone shop.

The man pretended to be interested in buying a mobile phone, but as soon as the shopkeeper was with another customer, he grabbed five handsets and bolted.
