Phony motodop pulls knife on bank customer

A motodop turned out to be a faux-todop in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district on Tuesday. A man was leaving the bank having just withdrawn $200 when he hailed the fraudulent 25-year-old and asked him to drive him home.

Instead, the wolf in motodop’s clothing allegedly took him to a secluded area, produced a knife and demanded the money. Nearby traffic cops spotted the incident and the suspect was arrested. He reportedly confessed to the crime, saying he was only pretending to be a motodop to make a quick score. DEUM AMPIL
