Plateless bike leads police to clueless thief

An alleged motorbike thief from Stung Treng province failed to consider that driving around without plates might get him arrested.

Police stopped the plateless 18-year-old just as he was making his way into Stung Treng after the bike went missing in Tboung Khmum.

According to the police, the teen confessed to the theft as soon as they questioned him.

Both suspect and motorbike were sent to Tboung Khmum Provincial Court.
