Poipet town gamblers’ arrest was in the cards

Five illegal gamblers in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district got caught counting cards by the roadside on Saturday. Police patrolling the area noticed a light under a tree and closed in to investigate.

The five men, all motodops, tried to flee, but all were arrested, their money confiscated and six motos impounded. Police freed them after they promised to stop the games. KOH SANTEPHEAP
