Four men were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Saturday after police found that they weren’t observing the honourable way of the samurai.
Traffic police stopped the men, who were riding two motos, and allegedly found a samurai sword and gun, police said. Police sent them to the station for questioning and they admitted that they were planning to use the sword and gun to attack someone. The men were sent to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
