Rueful recidivous rascal recently re-arrested

The justice system was happy to welcome back a young offender arrested on Sunday for selling a stolen moto in Takeo’s Bati district. Police said that the 17-year-old had only finished a previous prison sentence a month ago when he was caught selling the stolen vehicle. The repeat offender’s alibi that he had bought the moto for $1,200 eventually imploded, and he confessed to the theft. Police returned the moto to its rightful owner and sent the young man back to court. Kampuchea Thmey
