Capital cops caught the crooks in less time than it takes to have a pizza delivered after a motodop was relieved of his ride early yesterday in Tuol Kork district.

Saying the suspects hired him for 10,000 riel ($2.50) and then threatened him with a tool, the driver watched them ride away before relaying the story to officers at the nearest police station.

Within 30 minutes, the thieves were in custody and the moped was returned to its rightful owner.
