A poorly timed phone call handed Kampong Chhnang town police a two-for-one deal on Saturday. Police had just arrested a drug dealer – finding him with 10 packets of yama along with a homemade rifle and two machetes – when his phone rang.

Thinking quickly, the police answered what turned out to be a request for drugs and fooled the would-be buyer into meeting up. Both the dealer and user are now in provincial lockup. KOH SANTEPHEAP
