Police say other police went fishing for bribes

Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Destroy a man’s means to fish if he doesn’t pay a bribe and you’ll mess up the saying.

Two police in Kampong Chhnang province’s Boribo district earlier this week allegedly demanded a $100 fee from a local fisherman.

He refused, so the police allegedly returned to destroy his nets. Authorities are looking for them. DEUM AMPIL
