A violent moto thief was picked up by police in Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district on Monday.

The arrest came two months after he beat up a man who was walking home in order to steal his bike.

He escaped and police didn’t think they would find him until he was spotted on Monday. He has been sent to court. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
