Post-karaoke carousers beat up hapless cabbie

Road rage landed a pair of partiers in jail on Saturday night in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district. According to police, the two men and four of their friends were roaming the streets on motorbikes after a night of drinking and singing karaoke.

Purportedly prompted by some cross words from a taxi driver, the men allegedly blocked the driver’s taxi and proceeded to badly beat him. Patrolling police intervened and caught the two suspects, but the rest fled. Koh Santepheap
