Two teenagers were hospitalised after their motorbike hit a car in southwestern Preah Sihanouk province.
The incident occurred while the allegedly alcohol-laced youths raced against their mates, with a witness telling police the car was moving slowly when the pair pulled out into the oncoming lane to overtake friends riding on other motorbikes.
The 18-year-olds were treated for leg and head wounds, while nobody in the car was reported injured. NOKORWAT
