Prescient police pinch man with meth packet

A local scrap collector was cruising down the street on his bicycle in Kratie’s Tamao commune on Tuesday evening when he was stopped by what must have been some incredibly astute patrolling police.

How the police managed to determine from afar that the junk trader was actually a junkie is unclear, but a search turned up a packet of meth on the 49-year-old, and he was hauled away to the police station for questioning.
