Prison guards look for extra hours behind bars

Thee Pursat Provincial Prison guards could be spending a lot more time at their workplace after police arrested them and two others for alleged drug use early on yesterday morning.

Police in Banteay Dei commune were patrolling the area when they noticed suspicious activity inside one house, provincial authorities said.

Police searched the house, finding five suspects – three of them prison guards – using undisclosed drugs. Police arrested the suspects and confiscated the drugs. KOH SANTEPHEAP
