Problem child ups ante with hack attack on dad

A drug addict son, 29, hacked his tuk-tuk-driving father with a cleaver on Sunday night in the capital’s Chamkarmon district, leaving him badly injured.

According to police, the ne’er-do-well, presumably out of his mind on drugs, had grabbed a cleaver and threatened his family.

When his father attempted to talk reason, he ended up suffering the brunt of the attack and was found unconscious in a pool of blood by police, who arrested the son.
