Public petting exposes couple to park thieves

Two lovers from Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town may consider finding a room in the future after their midnight tryst in the park was interrupted by two thieves on Wednesday night.

Two men allegedly took their phones, money and a ring at knifepoint.

The couple did not resist, but luckily, patrolling police witnessed the scene and chased down the suspects, whom they caught.

The crooks have since been sent to court.
