In Pursat, motos stolen after dogs poisoned

They say every dog has its day, but Monday was a real downer for Pursat province dog owners after two separate incidents left two pets dead and three motorbikes stolen.

Police say both victims woke up to identical grim scenes: doors broken open, mopeds missing and poison meat fed to their canines.

Determined to see justice served in the name of the fallen furry friends, authorities identified two suspects who were hauled in for questioning in connection to the cases.
