Purse holds only jail time for thieving duo

A pair of thieves in Banteay Meanchey province’s Poipet town thought it was their lucky day when a motodop drove by on Monday carrying a woman holding a purse filled with potentially profitable goods.

The duo snatched the bag, knocking the woman from the moto, and tried to make a speedy getaway. But before they had even had chance to stop and look inside the bag, police had chased them down and put the pesky pair in cuffs. DEUM AMPIL
