Quick-thinking Kandal police snare teens

A pair of teenage tearaways in Kratie province were snared by police on Sunday after they made off with two motos.

After the cops got wind of the theft, they informed all staff to man checkpoints the youths – aged 16 and 17 – were likely to pass.

Sure enough, the hoodlums were unable to circumvent the dragnet and were arrested.

The motos were returned to their rightful owners and the suspects are being sent to court.
