Police arrested a known troublemaker for allegedly stabbing a fisherman in Preah Sihanouk’s Prey Nub district.

On Friday night, a duo known for attacking people in the local village got into an argument with a fisherman, ultimately stabbing him in the stomach then escaping, leaving a bloodied knife at the scene.

Police arrested one of the suspects, aged 37, who reportedly confessed to the crime. His accomplice is still at large.
