A cyclo driver was arrested on Tuesday for injuring a man following an argument in the capital’s Sen Sok district.
According to police, the man had parked his cyclo on the sidewalk whilst enjoying a coffee, thus blocking the progress of a male pedestrian, 32, who proceeded to shout for him to move the cyclo.
The driver’s salty reply only made the pedestrian more angry, a rage quickly dissipated by the rock that followed and struck him in the face. Arriving police arrested the cyclo driver. NOKORWAT
