Rampant recidivists arrested at long last

Luck has run out for a young duo of thieves after they were arrested on Friday for a series of suspected thefts around the capital.

According to police, the pair in their mid-twenties had been sought for a long time before they were tracked down in a rented house in Meanchey district, where police also found a gun and six motorbike licence plates.

The men have been accused of four moto thefts and are now awaiting court summons.
